描述

一、用途 Application

1、本機(jī)適用于紡織行業(yè)，可對(duì)粗紗頭和皮輥花進(jìn)行開松，分解成適紡纖維后回用，提高紡紗質(zhì)量。

This machine is suitable for textile industry. It can open the roving and the roller waste, put them into suitable spinning fiber again, improving the spinning quality.

2、適用范圍：原棉、化纖、苧麻、毛等原料.

Applicability : raw cotton、chemical fiber、ramie、fur and so on

二、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn) Structure feature

1、結(jié)構(gòu)Structure

1.1、機(jī)器外型尺寸：長(zhǎng)×寬×高(mm)=2827×1140×1371，見(SFU201B-FT1)Overall dimension : length×width×height(mm)= 2827×1140×1371，please refer to (SFU201B-FT1)

2.2、本機(jī)由喂棉簾部件、給棉部件、錫林部件、風(fēng)機(jī)部件、塵籠出棉部件、機(jī)架部件等組成。This machine consist of feed lattice unit, cotton feeder unit, cylinder unit, fan unit, cotton provide by dust cage unit, and the machine frame unit.

2、特點(diǎn)Feature

2.1 給棉部件采用天平桿結(jié)構(gòu)，天平羅拉與天平桿頭鉗口之間橫向握持力更加均勻，能有效補(bǔ)償喂入粗紗頭的厚薄不均勻性。

Cotton feeder unit adopt balance structure. The pedal roller and the balance jaw provide the horizontal force which can effectively make up the non-uniformity of the run-in roving.

2.2 錫林用24塊針板拼接而成，錫林漏底設(shè)有分梳板，纖維開松度好。

Cylinder splicing 24 needle board together and the bottom has carding plate. It can well open the fiber.

2.3 整機(jī)為全封閉鋼板框架結(jié)構(gòu)，外型美觀，操作安全。

The whole machine is sealed steel frame construction, good looks, operations security.

2.4 纖維經(jīng)錫林開松后由塵籠凝聚再輸出，無(wú)飛花現(xiàn)象，工作環(huán)境得到徹底改善。

The fiber open by cylinder and then hold together output by the dust cage. No fiber flying and the working environment fully improved.

三、工作原理 Operating principle

　　粗紗頭均勻橫鋪在喂棉簾上，由簾子輸送至天平羅拉處，在天平羅拉與天平桿頭組成的鉗口握持下，高速回轉(zhuǎn)的錫林對(duì)粗紗頭進(jìn)行分梳打擊，當(dāng)被初步開松的纖維經(jīng)過(guò)分梳板時(shí)，再次被梳理分解。在風(fēng)機(jī)抽吸力作用下，松散纖維被吸附至塵籠表面，由一對(duì)羅拉剝棉輸出，短絨細(xì)雜經(jīng)風(fēng)機(jī)排入濾塵設(shè)備。

The roving waste putting on the cotton feeder and the curtain transport it to the pedal roller, under the jaw made by the pedal roller and the balance heads. Then the high speed cylinder separate and strike the first roving, it will be resolved when sending to the carding plate. Under the suction force of fan, the loosen fiber will be absorbed and send out by a pair of roller. The short fiber can be discharge into the dust filter through the fan.

六、安裝與調(diào)試 Installation and debugging

1、安裝Installation

1.1、安裝時(shí)參閱地腳設(shè)計(jì)示意圖(見SFU201B-FT3)

Please refer to the design schematic diagram of foot margin

1.2、澆注混凝土前，設(shè)備需校正水平。

長(zhǎng)度方向：兩側(cè)墻板上平面校正。

寬度方向：錫林軸兩端校正水平。

Correct the machine to horizontal position before concreting

Length direction: correct the upper wallboard of both sides.

Width direction: correct the both sides of the cylinder axle.

2、調(diào)整 Debugging

2.1、設(shè)備調(diào)整必須在全機(jī)停車錫林靜止的情況下進(jìn)行。

Stop working the whole machine and the cylinder before correcting the facility

2.2、手動(dòng)保安結(jié)合件插入錫林皮帶盤孔，確信錫林已不能轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。

Put the binder into the belt pulley hole of the cylinder and make sure it has stopped working.

2.3、錫林針尖與天平桿工作面間距調(diào)至4-6毫米，若實(shí)際操作不便時(shí)，可改為調(diào)整錫林針尖至天平羅拉表面隔距，其范圍為6-8毫米。

Adjust the distance between the pinpoint of the cylinder and the weigh bean about 4 to 6mm. If the actual mechanical process is inconvenient, you can change the space between the pinpoint of the cylinder and the weigh bean in the range of 6 to 8mm.

2.4、錫林針尖最高點(diǎn)與分梳板隔距調(diào)至0.5-1毫米。

Distance between the highest pinpoint of the cylinder and the carding plate should be 0.5 to 1 mm.

2.5、錫林針尖與剝棉刀之間隔距調(diào)至2-3毫米。

Distance between the highest pinpoint of the cylinder and the cotton sharpener should be 2-3mm.

2.6、天平羅拉與天平桿鉗口處隔距調(diào)至0.1-0.25毫米。

Distance between the pedal roller and the weigh bean jaw should be 0.1-0.25mm.

七、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)及保養(yǎng)Operation and maintain

1、開車前的準(zhǔn)備

Preparation before driving

1.1、減速箱加入二硫化鉬潤(rùn)滑脂。 Add gease into the reducer casing

1.2、慢速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)錫林，絕不可有接觸聲。Slowly roll the cylinder, never had the contact sound.

1.3、傳動(dòng)鏈條及三角膠帶漲緊適宜。Keep the drive chain and the triangle tape in a proper degree.

1.4、錫林兩端軸承可靠緊固，打開錫林安保結(jié)合件。Bearings of the cylinder should be fixed and open the security binder.

1.5、檢查電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向是否正確。Make sure the direction of the electric motor is right.

1.6、合上錫林罩殼和塵籠罩殼，關(guān)閉兩側(cè)密封門。Close the shell of the cylinder and shell of the dust cage. Close the sealing door of both sides.

2、開車 driving

2.1、接通電源，指示燈亮。Power-on, and the power indicator is on.

2.2、開車順序：先開出棉，再開打手(傳動(dòng)錫林及風(fēng)機(jī)，

見SFU201B-FT4)，等錫林啟動(dòng)平穩(wěn)后最后開啟喂棉電機(jī)。

Driving order: first open the cotton and after it smoothly starting, turn on the cotton feeder motor.

2.3、空車運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)10分鐘無(wú)異常情況后，開始喂入粗紗頭，喂棉量逐漸增加。

After the empty car running 10 minutes without any abnormal condition, begin to feed the roving waste and gradually add more.

3、保養(yǎng) Maintain

3.1、定期檢查各緊固件連接是否可靠。

Periodically inspect the connection of each fastener is reliable.

3.2、定期檢查錫林針齒是否完好無(wú)損，必要時(shí)應(yīng)更換針板。注意：機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁打開錫林罩殼及塵籠罩殼。

Periodically inspect the cylinder’s tooth is in perfect condition, change the pin plate on occasion.

3.3、定期清除過(guò)棉通道中掛積的纖維。

Periodically eliminate the fiber in the cotton transport pipe.

3.4、定期檢查傳動(dòng)皮帶的松緊程度，必要時(shí)進(jìn)行更換。

Periodically inspect tightness of the transmission belt.

3.5、定期給傳動(dòng)鏈加潤(rùn)滑油。

Periodically add lubricating oil.

3.6、定期檢查減速箱內(nèi)儲(chǔ)油量。新車運(yùn)行3個(gè)月后重新?lián)Q油。

Periodically inspect the oil storage in the reducer box. Change the oil after the new car run three months.

3.7、出棉處纖維不宜堆積過(guò)高，應(yīng)及時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移已開松的纖維，防止返花后堵車，損壞塵攏和齒輪，造成不必要的損失。

Cannot pile up too much where the cotton came out, and exchange the loosed fiber, for fear that the block which will damage to the dust cage and the gear.
