一、產(chǎn)品用途 Application

　　LFU042型粉塵壓緊器又稱粉塵壓實(shí)器，主要用于紡織廠的濾塵系統(tǒng)中，分離和收集氣流中的粉塵和短絨，并壓縮成較緊密的狀態(tài)，有效防止粉塵對環(huán)境的污染。

LFU042 Dust compactor is applied in the filter system of textile plants, used to separate, collect and compact the dust and short fiber in air flow to avoid environmental pollution caused by dusts.

二、工作原理 Working principle

　　氣流中的粉塵和短絨經(jīng)濾塵袋分離，并通過刷龍機(jī)構(gòu)落入壓緊螺桿中，最后被壓縮成較緊密的狀態(tài)排出。

After separation by filter bag and shaking through brush cage, dust and short fiber in air flow goes into a barrel and is compacted by screw rod into compressed status. Lastly, they will be drained out.

三、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu) Product structure

　　本機(jī)由進(jìn)風(fēng)箱、濾塵袋、刷龍機(jī)構(gòu)、集塵斜斗、筒體、壓緊螺桿(在筒體內(nèi))，減速器等組成。(見圖一)

It consists of inlet box, filter bag, feeder, Brush cage, barrel, compacting screw rod(in barrel), speed decelerator etc. See drawing hereafter.

四、 技術(shù)參數(shù) Technical data

1、 處理量 Handling speed:：20kg/h

2、 功率power：0.09kw+0.75kw

五、 機(jī)器的維護(hù)保養(yǎng) Maintenance

　　開機(jī)前，減速器應(yīng)加注減速器油，初次使用在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)300~500小時后換油一次，換油時應(yīng)將舊油放盡，用煤油沖洗干凈，然后注入新油，以后的換油周期為4000小時。

　　每日檢查一次刷龍機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否正常，轉(zhuǎn)動軸承是否被粉塵卡死或損壞。

　　每日檢查一次減速器及電機(jī)溫升是否正常，并清除減速器及電機(jī)上的積塵。

　　每日檢查一次塵袋內(nèi)有無積塵，網(wǎng)眼是否被堵死或濾塵袋是否被損壞，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)，及時維護(hù)或更換。

Before operation, pour some oil into speed decelerator unit. Oil should be replaced after speed decelerator unit has run for about 300-500 hours for the first time and later every 4000 hours. When replacing the oil, used oil should be drained out completely. Oil tank should be cleaned by kerosene and then be poured with new and clean oil.

Daily inspection(once), to check if brush cage is running normally and whether turning bearings are jammed or damaged by dust.

Daily inspection(once), to check if the temperatures of speed decelerator unit and motor are fine. At the same time, remove all dust on decelerator unit and motor if any.

Daily inspection(once), to check if filter bag has any dust, whether filter is blocked by dust and if the bag is damaged. These problems should be found out and solved in time by replacement or maintenance.
